Cinco de Mayo marks the victory of the outnumbered Mexican army over French forces, and provides the Mexican people with the momentum and national confidence to expel the foreign power from their country. Join us at Skylight in the Santa Fe arts district of Denver to try 15 versions of pozole and more than 100 expressions of mezcal, tequila, sotol, beer and wine.
